I have almost fallen out doing the same thing, and I am just in my 50's, so you are way ahead of me .

When the weather gets warm, and if you would like to still go out sometime maybe we could try and coordinate a few hours on Barren in my boat sometime. I generally only go during the week just to avoid the crowds.
