Rough River Lake level update

Lake and River Level Update March 27 at 7:10 AM:

Lake Level was 488.52 ft and rising slowly
Water is still muddy but the creeks are clearing up.
Discharge was 56 cfs
Rough River at Dundee was 9.38 ft and falling.

Weather conditions: The sun is shinning and it looks like it will be a beautiful and warmer next few days.

Had a few anglers report this morning they were catching a fair amount of good crappie yesterday in 6-8 ft .
Some on jigs ,But crappie shiners were the more consistant.
Several at it this morning and hope with this sun shine we can start see better numbers.

AXTEL CAMPGROUND A and B Loops open tomorrow March 28th just in time for spring break.
LAUREL BRANCH CAMPGROUND B loop is also open.
