My wife decided not to have another radical surgery in an attempt to ward off death from pancreatic cancer. Her choice. What if I would have contested it?While I believe in the death penalty in some cases, I must admit it is taking a life, but its termed legal. In some cases a person requests the death sentanc, and the courts fight it. And yet we let people live in abject poverty, needing medical or mental care, and denying it. So who is going to be prosecuted in the above case?
