For those that know me you all know i`m usely happy and full of **** most the time,,joking and carring on,,,but that poem is dead on it..
I don`t feeel like I`m old,,I think like I always did when i was 30,,,could whip the world!,,,Bullet proof,,would never die! But in the past few months I`ve gone down hill very fast,,I look in the mirror and i see a old man looking back at me instead of a young man. Can`t do nothing i use too,,,can`t throw that trolling motor battery up in that boat with no proplem,,,got to ask for help now.. My dad and I had a talk when he was my age and i was in my prime of 30...he told me what was going to happen to me,,he was so mad cause he couldn`t grab that roll of carpet and throw it up on his shoulder like it was nothing,,i laughed at him,,,"oh pops your as good as you ever was" no,,no he wasn`t Dad I understand now...I don`t want you all to think i`m whinning cause i`m not,,,just warning you that are younger,,,enjoy your time being young,,you never know when old will sneak up on you and surprize you,,,one day you too will look in that mirror wondering where that young man is....
