So, who do you think has the best, MOST relevant basketball program in the past 25 years.

I use 25 years, because that is about how long the 3pt shot has been in basketball, and that quite frankly was a GAME CHANGER.

I will be honest, I thought UK, but they are not. According to Bleacher, it is Duke, then Kansas, the UNC, then UK.

Duke would be the obvious choice they have fours titles and a million Final Fours in that time!
