Also agreed, there's a natural reluctance to take action. I'd bet many of us have witnessed antagonistic behavior, aggravated rants, erratic overly sensitive behavior, exaggerated sense of self importance or inteligence, scowling, sneering or use of abusive and uncivil language.

Thanks goodness for that natural reluctance.....lest there be few left to write on the board.

If they start locking us up for having bad days were all in deep dodo but I do agree somewhat with Mr. Fisher that individuals with what seems to be prolonged episodes of anti-social behavior maybe should raise our suspicions.
