Ohio river level

Am I reading this right:
Is the river below the dam expected to rise by 6 foot a day , friday, saturday, and then again sunday?
I know you all told me a bunch, ole guy, forgot. How bad is the river when its up at climbing from 17-23 in one day?
Does it look like this?
I'll be in a 22 foot v-hull aluminum this time, when this pick was shot I did the dam in a 20 foot pontoon.
Is it gonna be okay to go up behind the dam this weekend, Saturday.
