Any bank fishing tips for Barren River?

looks like barren is still down about 5 ft so that should make walking the banks ok. i havnt bank fished barren much but i have at other lakes. just start walkin the bank at any ramp. iwould recomend a somewhat weedless lure buzzbait, small spinner or some type of plastic. you may find a place walking that looks good for crappies you could get yourself a bucket of minnows and try that to. good luck

In addition to the other responses, there is some access at the Peters Creek and Skaggs Creek bridges. If the water is reasonably clear, you may be able to have good success at either location. Good luck!
