I don't like the way this is being handled, invoking the "public safety exception" to not read him his Miranda rights, but not calling him an enemy combatant. I'm concerned that this approach may come back to bite them. I don't have any problem if they continue to question him, with or without a lawyer present; I just don't want to see Obama blow this one, and it seems to me he's trying to straddle the fence. I guess the worst that could happen is the suspect will say something that will get thrown out of court, and they already have enough to fry him on the federal terrorism charges.
