Its a sign of the times. We live in a world now that has little to no personal responsibility. To me... character of a person is what you do when no one else is looking. Meaning do you pick up your trash? Do you do the right thing when no one is there to see? In business, do you give the proper credit where is due? There are many more but you get the idea.
It's sad to walk down a pretty creek fishing and come across garbage or fish the back of a cove and see garbage or walk in a national park and find snack wrappers littered around. The sad part is it's prolly adults and not kids!!
