Mother's Day?

If you're married with children do you give your wife a Mother's Day present?

When the kids were young, I'd get a present for "Mom" for her from them. Now that our children are grown, I acknowledge the day but I figure it's up to the kids to honor their mother on her day.

My wife is not my Mother!! Last year I gave her a weed eater. This year I think she may need er I mean want an air compressor.

I always get my mother flowers and a card for Mothers day, and my wifes not my mother, and I thank God for that. she is the mother of my children, and I always Honor mothers day by giving my wife flowers and a card and a dinner out anywhere of her choosing. the two Mothers that I love most in this world, is my Mother and my children's mother.

The best Mother's Day gift I ever gave my wife didn't cost a dime. It was a 2-page letter in which I told her what a great and godly mother she was to our kids.

Flower plant for my Mother and a card and a dozen roses and card for my wife. I would gladly take my mom out to eat but she is not able so I will take my wife out. Boys always do something nice, clean the house and do laundry ect. Always take the family to church and suprise my mother in law because we attend a different one.

My dear sweet Mother is gone I only wish I could visit with her and do something for her in the present life. My wife I will honor as the Mother of our daughter with a dinner somewhere and some type of gift to which I have not bought yet.......Sigh

How about married with a grown stepson? There's a 2:00 Bats game Sunday, so we'll probably just go to that, then to dinner downtown, maybe Safier's.
