Is Kenlake Ramp Accessible?

I'm going down tomorrow and with the water being up, didn't know if I could get in at Kenlake ramp. If not, what's open close to there? Anyone know if the flipping bite is still good?

Used it Friday-Sunday. Flipping bite is slowing fast. They are pulling the lake so the water is coming out of the bushes and so are the fish. Alot of fish are already showing up on the ledges. Fish existing shorline, secondary points, and ledges at the mouths of the creeks.

They haven't moved to main lake ledges yet have they?
