Hell no. And Obama himself is saying today that if that's what happened, "that's outrageous, and there's no place for it." So, either he didn't know about it, or he knows that nobody can prove he did. OR the IRS is telling the truth, and it really was a decision made by local workers in an effort to "centralize work." But as I've said, if that were the case, they should be able to point to other groups of applications that were treated the same way, which I have not seen. I think it was a decision made by local workers, based on politics. Obama probably had nothing to do with it, but he's still going to take a lot of heat over it, and he IS the boss, so that comes with the territory. But I don't see it being that much of a damaging blow, not like Bengazi, which WILL hurt him (as it should).
