Countdown to Quetico......

T minus 8 days........And counting.

This time next week we will be on our way. This year will be different, We're entering Quetico from a Northern entry point, via International Falls and Atikoken..

Since we're driving further, we also opted to add 2 days to the trip, so Thurs through Saturday the next week. 9 SOLID days 8 of fishing like a crazy man.

No phone, no internet, no laptop.........YEA BABY.

I am worried though........for the first time in 20 years, we will be going in the park AS the ice is also going out. And I'm not kidding. Our primary lake still has 5-6 inches of solid ice. It is going out fast, but maybe not fast enough

Hopefully we will be ok, and hopefully we can still catch some smallies......
