Was wondering if anyone out there has used the nanofil on their spinning reels yet and if so, do you like it? I've read a lot about it but not sure it's worth $38.00 for 300 yards.

Have used it for two years on a medium spinning rod and two ultra-lights and like it. No memory and line flies off reel on a cast. Also, use sme cheap mono for backing and one spool will fill 2-3 reels. I also tie on a mono leader.

Highly recommend nanofil. Bought some last year in the dental floss white color and added a flouro leader with great results. Got on eBay this year and bought a 1500 yd spool of green with same results. This stuff flies off the reel with no memory. Only issue is learning the knots to tie for leaders but after a few, it comes easy. Try eBay for a 300yd spool. For whatever reason, the white is more limp than the green but they both act the same while in the act of fishing.
