I am moving my boat out of the garage and into covered boat storage (open on the front). I live on the east end of town but can store it anywhere within reason. I look for suggestions on locations to store as well as the following:

1) Does anyone have a recommendation for covered boat storage?
2) Any suggestions for reducing the amount of weathering / wear from outside covered storage?
3) Any recommendations for avoiding mildew when you put it up after fishing for a day in the rain?
4) Any other pointers or insight would be greatly appreciated
5) I would consider completely enclosed storage if anyone can suggest a location. I have had no luck finding enclosed storage where you weren't paying $150+ a month
