Cat Fishing

Recently gotten into cat fishing pretty heavily and love it, its such a great fight, anyways im located in danville, whats good areas around here to cat fish? I got into them pretty good the other night at cedar using chicken liver. Any good tips?

Hey I live in Henry co. north of Frankfort. I would try fishing the Kentucky river. I fish it quite a bit up here and do pretty well at times. I have caught several Blue cats over 40lbs. I have heard that the blues don't get that far up the river but I know there are some good flatheads and channels there. Try live bluegill for the flatheads. Find a deep hole with some trees in the water. Hope this helps. If you want to talk more send ne a private message.
