Blue catcfish from 24 May 2013

I finally caught another nice blue. Took it out of riverrat's honey hole and released it back. Thanks to Onemorecast56 for putting on his Berkley fishing gloves and grabbing it by the lip. There was no way it was going to be landed in my net.

Some of the very astute members here may be able to pin point my exact location of this photo but I'm pleased that no "landmarks" are in the background. We did drift a distance in order to locate the camera so the exact "hook up" spot is not shown.

All I'll say is that the cat was caught on the Ohio river somewhere near McAlpine lock and dam.
