About a month ago I took my pontoon to a reputable dealer to have it serviced. I had my wife pick it up when it was done. I didn't pay much attention to it until today. I found the read ladder bent sideways and the rubber grommmet that protects the pontoon from the ladder broken off. I managed to straighten the ladder out so it can be used. Just a word of advice, check your boat thoroughly befor accepting it from the shop after service.
