    So....who da thunk it.

So I list 2 rods and reels for sale on the board a while back. Reels included a Penn 209 and a Shakespeare Tidewater TW30LA both on their own shortened Ugly Stick Catfish Spinning Rods. UCSP110170. $25 per rig was the price.

So the 2 board members that were interseted came to the house, saw the rods and reels, and agreed to buy. I went so far as to allow them to take the 2 set ups so they could try them, they paid $25 on the spot, and then the agreement was when they tried them, they could either bring the one they didn't like back, or just mail me the $25 remaining. Seems fair right?

Well best I can recollect that was clean back in the winter sometime, and now it's June and still no money or rod/reel rig back. So I email on of the 2 gents that was in the lead for the 2, and he says, not my problem see the other "person". ( I don't really want to mention any names yet......but I'm sure that will wear off soon.)

So one of the 2 "friends" paid on the spot, and the other guy just don't like answering PM's. And I know the 2 gents are freinds because the guy that paid me has a picture of him and the buddy that came with him to see the rods on his profile.

Ya'all know me to well to let this slide. I want my $25. Or I want my rod/reel back.

So what ya think? Name Names? That sounds like lots of fun to me. Keep an eye out for the guy on the lake, since the dumbie has pics of his boat on this website, and let him see how quick I can ruin his fishing day out? Or would ya after seeing the guy on the lake, just sit back with a cold beer by the ramp and wait for the guy to come back in. I kinda like the ramp idea.

I'm toying with the whole internet fraud think, as the sale was initiated over the internet. Man, that would be a hassle for someone young MAN. Nice thing about being a retire fed employee is ya sure to get to meet a lot of other feds.
So what do ya think? What would ya say would be the most fun? I got a whole bunch of more ideas, but, ya know....I'd really hate to ruin all of the surprises.

    Oh darn!

I forgot to post the pictures. One of them even has the bow numbers showing on the boat. And man that is a great looking Chevy truck. Nolin can be such a small lake. And ya know when folks are fishing up behind McAlpine, that boat is going to be easy to pick out in the limited amount of area up there.

I crack myself up, this is getting to be lots of fun.

From what you described he is guilty........Name names, post pics and anything else to expose them or him if they don't come clean after this thread you posted. I cannot stand a thief and like many on here would rather see the mental midget exposed. Screw him!

Ok one thing is. We wanted to pay the whole $50 at his house. BOB said no. Pay me after you use the reels to see if you like them..... Ok. Yes it's been awhile but my buddy and I haven't been on the river cat fishing. We been sauger and bass fishing. We did send the money. But I didn't put the right area code. I also didn't put a return to shipper address. So I have to go to the post office and fix it. Next time BOB don't make us look like the bad people when you don't tell both sides of the story!

    Thanks Not.

You also left out the part where I had all $50 cash in hand trying to give it to you the same time I came to get the combos and you wouldn't take it. If you want to make us look like thieves you can look just as bad as us. There you go you don't have to expose us we did it our selves because we aren't crooks. We tried to pay you in full because we work different schedules and I'm trying to plan a wedding and buy a house right now. So we haven't went catfishing for the first time this year.
