I'm with you. There's no trout locally so walleye instead of trout. Nothin better than dolphin (Mahi Mahi). Well, maybe mangrove snapper, red snapper, grouper, tripletail, whiting, snook, black sea bass, door mats, redfish, triggerfish, speckled trout and my favorite, a fresh caught, frying pan size pompano breaded and fried whole (no guts) in lard grease.
