Both...seems one will be dominate for a period of time then switch. Many in 20 to 30# range some you just don't turn when they put there tail to the wind fishing directly below the dam. Then it's a matter of broken line,hooks pull out or bent. I mainly use a 1oz rooster tail or large inline spinner. You can tell within a few minutes if striper are there or the KY. Tuna is. Chuck
