Granite came in about 4500..........JUST for the tops. Not doing it in my cheap ass house. As it is this will be the most expensive remodel I've done........EVER.

GeoFisher, I feel your pain. I am presently moving to a new farm close to Eli, Ky so now I am in fixing things on the new house and getting my present home ready to sell, plus getting my other farm ready to sell. That doesn't include going through 50 years of hoarding. I hope that makes you feel a little better. The only saving grace is I am only 4 miles from the lake.

Backsplash Tile almost done..........It has been installed. Putting grout in tomorrow.

The only thing left is the floor and cabinet pulls.......

Then I get to start working on water issues around my downstairs.

More Pictures............we took 2-3 months off because we ran out of budget . Still not completely done, but really really close. We still have floor trim work to do and then I think it is done.

    And FINALLY DONE..........

    And I'm finally done.

Finished up the trim work a couple days ago........

Now onto other projects, including removing a bearing wall downstairs, adding a laminated beam, and creating a GREAT ROOM.

New Laminate Wood floor down there, new carpet, new paint, maybe paneling, new trim ,and while I'm at it..........HVAC Zone Control.

    Wohoo.
