It is all about money....these guys were tourney guys.....I don't mind it ..and understand tourney fishing , but getting into it with someon because they are sitting on your spot is crazy.....

It does not matter...I left and stuck fish elsewhere....

One thing about it is whether you are fishing public water or hunting public land everyone has a fair share at it and even though you may not like it you should be man enough too keep your mouth shut and make adjustments. Especially being you had your wife in the boat.

I did not go out today....not feeling good ...I will prob not fish this time too much in the future.....

I really like spring and fall .maybe fish nights in the summer..

One of my fishing partners was just down at land between the lakes last tues- thurs and caught tons of huge largemouth and smallmouth. For, what he's told me they were using large buzz bait like spinners fishing from 9at night through 4 in the morning casting the banks. Couldn't tell you wht they were close to bc personally he never told me. He was too excited about catching his biggest bass. Hope you can have some luck using spinners and stay away from crazy drunks and rude ass fisherman! Personally I would rather them keep the spot and see them pull out a nice one! Love seeing successful fishing I don't care if its me or someone I don't even know catching the fish just glad to see success! -drew

I did....but I could not holdmy tongue.....ass bags like that give everyone a bad name .....and being drunk on the water with a bud in hand about sent me over the top.....**** lucky I didn't call the law right then.....right there.

I didn't mean you lol, I meant the tourny guys they should have just fished elsewhere. Besides I bet if they would have just been decent about it and asked you would have probably gladly given them the spot and everyone would have had a better day. I guess it's just more of people thinking they are entitled to something.

You are absolutely right.

I've only found 1 or 2 spots by myself down there. The rest of them are word of mouth or something a guide or someone else showed me.

I understand that lots and lots of spots are community spots, but when you motor up on someone, and BLOW the spot, and then basically tell them to leave because you had been sticking fish there......well that is another issue. Had the guy simply idled up and simply asked I would have had no problem.
