    new to forum

Hey guys I'm new to this forum and just wanted to say hi. I just got back into fishing and I'm looking for someone to hit the ohio river for cats. I have a small boat and live in the Louisville PRP area. I'm looking for someone that knows the McAlpine dam area. If you know that area and want to go fishing for big cats send me a PM.

Welcome Joey. There is info on Ohio R Cats at Mcalpine on here. Some pretty good fisherman to say the least.

Try the "search Fishin.com" box near the top middle of the forum to find the information and people you are looking for.

Good luck. Glad to have you around.

welcome to the forum. I am a big cat fisherman too. I usually fish the Kentucky River and the Ohio around Carrollton. I would like to talk cat fishing with you and about fish you catch when you go out. I'm not sure who else on here is a catter that I can exchange info with. I love to talk about cat fishing. Let me know if you want to talk.

Welcome to the board. Lots a good catfishermen here and several of us fish the Mcalpine area.I'm down there every week, if you need help navegating the area I would be glad to show you around. IT IS DANGEROUS....so I wouldn't try it without someone who is familiar with it.A good start is to follow the water levels, you can do that by calling 775-5056. See you on the river. Chuck
