Since blacks make up only about 13% of the population, and whites about 80%, I would suspect there are 4 times as many white pedophiles as black pedophiles........based on pure numbers.

BUT.......break that down a little more.

From what I've read, and that is not much, per capita, 92 % of sexual predators are Black. NOW, I didn't find information about Pedo sexual predators........I just found info of Male sexual predators, which I assume cover all ages.

At any rate, most predators per capita by a LONG shot are black.
