how do you tell if they were three thugs, or three guys doing a neighborhood watch. the guy that was alone, could have looked suspicious to them, though he was just walking alone the street, and it didn't look like he was wearing a hooded shirt. so he shouldn't have looked suspicious to them. but to some, if you look different than they do, you are up to no good and look very suspicious. sad deal for sure, but at least the guy wasn't shot to death and lived to tell his side of the story.
