Stuck at Disney...

Staying at resort and walked a beautiful lake tonight. Pads and grass and cattails 10 feet from the bank in parts. Absolute bass paradise... I forgot my rod and reel! I'm tore up about it. Would you start a fight with your wife and go spend a couple hundred and go fishing tomorrow evening?? I don't think I will but it's VERY tempting! Lol

Hahaha that is beautiful water!!!

I always look at the Bass beds in the Spring if I'm anywhere in Central Florida.....especially if I'm flying in and look out the window as we are landing....the water around Orlando international is loaded with bass as well.

Water is beautiful! If I saw a boat dock, I'd try to make friends. Lol. Don't know if there is one for this lake. Have not saw one person fishing. I guess everyone's brain isn't registered like mine.

No. But I might take the plunge for an inexpensive BORG combo set at 29.95 or less. I don't think the fish care what you spend.

Is this the lake at the resort that you can fish but you have to have a guide take you out on? If it is the one I am thinking of you cannot fish it unless you go through a guide and like everything else at Disney it is on the pricey side.

I figure you're about 90 min away with traffic. It's 30 min from my location. We could make a day of it. Make sure to have enough $$$ to cover atty fees, child support, new clothes, vehicle......

Saw the price for guided tours today....$455 for 4 hours...WOW...the place I'm staying has it's own little lake. Carribean beach disney resort to anyone familiar.
