They also found that he had spots on his lungs and thyroid gland. He is on continuous oxygen and it has given him a sore throat and stuffy sinuses but, to me, that is minor. Last night he was pleading with me to pray for him and said to ask all my friends to pray for him. He is in the CCU and can only have visitors for 10 minutes every 4 hours.
He is a good young man, has never given me one minute of trouble, doesn't drink or smoke but that doesn't make him immune to illness. I am asking those of you who believe that God answers prayers to pray for Mike as if you were praying for your own child.
I'm doing my best to hold it together and not fall apart but I am having a battle.
To those of you who take the time to stop and pray, thank you so much. It is appreciated more than you will ever know.
