Or maybe even something different really happened. George had his gun out and grabbed Trevon by the hoodie and pulled it away from Trevon's Body and fired with his barrel up against the hoodie but 6" away from Trevon's chest? That would explain why the hoodie was away from Trevon's Chest when the gun was fired and how George got the gun out of his back holster. I don't believe all of what George told the police and the others.

To me George started the entire fight and is lucky that he's not sitting in a jail cell for 30 years to life. I'd have changed him with 1 st degree murder. IMHO he stalked Trevon with a loaded gun then shot and killed the kid. That's what I call a vigilante not a hero. Anyone remember seeing those Brunson Vigilante movies from the 1970's and or 1980's?

I guess you don't realize that the forensics proved that from the angle of the shot it couldn't have happened the way you are speculating. By the end of the trial even the prosecution had conceded that TM was on top of Zimmerman. One of them even sat on a foam dummy to show how they speculated things might have occurred, but there is no way Zimmerman just walked up and shot him, the evidence proves that.

The reason that the hoodie was away from the chest is because of the weight from the contents in the pocket across the front belly portion of the hoody. As Martin leans over Zimmerman to beat him the weight pulls the hoody away from his body.

I would agree that Zimmerman used some poor judgment and as a result it led to a chain of event that resulted in the shooting, that however is not murder.

The facts are if anyone chooses to assault someone else and then climbs on top of the person to continually assault them even while they scream for help they run the risk of being shot if the victim is armed.
