And you're exactly right. Unfortunately, this stuff happens. We're all human and no matter how long a tech has been doing the job, we all screw up sometimes. My pet peeve is how people handle it. Those that immediately get defensive and start trying to cover their butts get under my skin. I'm OK with a guy that says, "Hey, we've screwed up here...let me stop what I'm doing and make it right, right now." I don't want a butt kissing, but I want to see some sincerity that they are trying to make it right. As long as they do that, I'm cool.
Lol naw man it wasn't....but if it was I wouldn't take it as a reflection on the entire company. Of course I didn't mention the company because they have always been good to us and it was just a mistake. I have made a few of those in my life!!
