Lol I can post links to wikipedia too. Simply put, you are wrong, and the analogy was completely illogical. But back to the original point of the post...

Edit: So you really believe that 97% of the earth's scientists are wrong?

    Fine, I'm wrong.

With regards to 97% of the earths scientists being wrong........Not wrong....ARROGANT. Science is an ever changing field. What we thought we knew 50 years ago is something different today. What we knew 500 years ago is SIGNIFICANTLY different.....

Does it not even bother you that for the past 15 years there has been zero change and we've actually cooled. AND during that same time, your GOD ( Al Gore), said we'd all be in the hellfires, and New York would be under water.

An Inconvenient Truth became a "Convenient Way" to get foolish folks to buy into a lot of stuff and spend LOTS of money and make Al Gore into a multi Billionaire. The first "green" billionaire in our time. Don't you feel like a FOOL for believing his drivel? You Should, because most of it has been debunked.

Since you are capable of managing a browser, Google: debunking an inconvenient truth, and read all about it.

No, 97% are not wrong. Misguided maybe.

Finally, do you even give two RIPS about he story about how 600 weather stations were reporting data incorrectly during the entire time data was collected, and that some of those stations were put where they were put DELIBERATELY to give false or misleading information?

    SAD...

    Really SAD.

    Later,

    Geo

I don't know if this was directed at me or one of the other guys, but a lot of what you stated hit the nail on the head. I do, however, believe part of climate change is caused by us. At the end of the day though, the earth is going to do whatever the hell it wants and I don't think there is anything we can do about it.

You have ZERO training in the field, yet you call the opinion of the vast majority of scientists in the field "junk science," and you call THEM arrogant? And just where are you getting this "zero change" and "we've actually cooled" baloney? It is true that the warming during that period has been slower than before that, but it hasn't stopped. And nobody ever said it would be a smooth curve. Anybody with any sense should know that very few things (if any) in nature happen that way. And, the warmest years in the historical record have occured during this period.
