I would assume so, as they won't survive the warm water temps.

Here's what FW.KY.GOV said about the stocking :

New and Expanding Fisheries in 2013
 Rainbow trout are being stocked in Cedar Creek Lake (Lincoln County) to provide a seasonal fishery.
Stockings will take place in February and September.

I would assume this will continue, as long as the angler harvest is sufficient for them to justify the raise/release costs. I did see them shocking Jacobson Park, earlier this year, to get a idea of survival numbers. But, I still think more of them die than are caught by anglers (even with many of those anglers taking way more than the daily limit, day in & day out ... like they do at Jacobson Park)

Thanks when I couldn't find anything on the restocking dates ( I really didn't look that hard) I thought maybe they gave up on it with all of the trout dying off. I have never fished the lake but kinda curious if the trout stocking beefed up the bass size any. Just bored and surfin.
