Congress again. Who is supposed to make laws under our constitution?More than half the crap that happens is by mandate. Why? Congress wont act!! What gives the potus the right to declare, or agencys to pass mandates? NO ACTION BY CONGRESS!Its simple folks, the people we elect do NOT do our bidding.They don't want to step on the toes of lobbyists, carrying in bushels of campaign funds for their futures.
