Get on highway 52 toward Danville, cross the bridge and turn on Rankin rd or park at the bridge. You can also go down 52 about a mile or so from rakin rd and turn on 1595 and hit the hanging fork river nice small mouth and rock bass there.

I heard the man who owns that stretch of property was chasing people off at the bridge?
I always put in a Camp Bryant or Bryant's Camp (can't remember). Leaving D-ville you turn right on Chenault bridge rode (it connects with RT.27 somewhere, just not sure of the name is the same on at RT. 27 end)and then hang a right at the billboard advertising the ramp. Follow that road down to the ramp. Pay $5.00 launch fee and head up river a few miles for the best fishing. Sometimes I fish the creek right across from the ramp when I'm pushed for time.

$6.00! At least he pushed the mud off the ramp last summer. I guess a guy gotta make a living.
He knows he's the only boat ramp on that section too, so I'm grateful he doesn't charge more.
I think all other docks charge $5, but its one of the better ramps. Hopefully we have a good white bass run this year. Lord knows there is enough water lol.
