Re: Bush has been in office for 7 1/2 years

Did you bother to check the site I referred to? I checked the ones you posted, and those are all extreme right-wing blogs, and the "facts" that they quote have been widely disproven. OK so the NY Times is a liberal paper, but they didn't just make up those quotes. So show us a quote from a reputable news organization that backs up your position. I would accept a reference to a conservative news organization. Try Fox news, or the Wall Street Journal, or the New York Post. Or a centrist paper like USA Today. Or anyone else who's not so far to the right or left as to be totally in the dark.

Surely DH, your entire post was a joke. I laughed several times. There is alot of blame to be shared. I still don't see it as possible for anyone with a shred of common sense to defend the Bush administration in any way shape or form. He will be remembered as the worst president in the past hundred years.

Glad I could provide you some humor, it's what I live for.

Someone who's pulling for the biggest socialist federal government in history telling me I lack common sense is rich indeed. You've hurt me this time Col...hurt me bad.

Wost president in 100 years? Sorry that spot's reserved for Jimmy Carter. I don't seem to remember President Bush being impeached either. Maybe if I were smart enough to define the word 'is' I'd understand your point.

That's a pretty good blooper, especially considering all that's been said on the subject. That's even worse than the guy who introduced Joe Biden saying, "Ladies and gentlemen.... the next vice-president of the United States, Senator John McCain!"

Like I said, I don't plan on voting for Obama, and I'm not trying to say he's a great candidate - he's not, IMHO. It just pains me to see criticism of him, or of anybody else, being based on lies that have already been demonstrated to be untrue.

I don't think you get it at all do you? It's not what his religion is,although it plays a part, but his long time string of ties to terrorists and anti-USA groups and people. If you deny that fact, then you are very foolish, wonder why a known PLO Arab paid for obama's Harvard education?

Yep,Bush had been in office for 9 months.Of course let's not look at Bill Clinton who let Bin Laden run around bombing Embassy's everywhere, lowered our National Defenses down to practically nothing to pay for his other schemes (you know the ones that have us in the shape we are today),and Had Bin Laden pegged to a location and let him walk. You might also thank Clinton as the one who buddied up to the Chinese and started sending all our jobs overseas.I love how people put all the blame on the President anyway,The President can only do what the House and Senate let him, when the Liberals took over majority control in 2006 they have done everything in their power to run this country in the ground so they could say Bush did it.The wackos in hollywood have run constant barrages on our TV sets that make me sick of the whole Democratic party.
Prior to that I voted for either party if I thought they put up the best choice, but with all the specialty group butt kissing the Dems do just to get votes I wouldn't vote for one on my life. They are against Gun owners,Against Hunting, and if the Liberal PETA Dems get their way you won't be Fishing either,I don't know how any person that posts on a fishing board could stand up for the Liberals.

Hey Andrew where have you been? Col's been carrying the liberal standard mostly by himself. Pontooner made a worthwhile opponent, but bowed out after only a week of beatdowns.

You sound like a lawyer objecting to a minor point on the 9/11 thing. Okay I'll rephrase the question. Have there been any radical Muslim bombings in our country since 9/11 during the last 7+ years of his presidency?

Beatdowns is a interesting choice of words you used, sounds almost as if you think you or your side won or something. I just got tired of the round and round, rehashing stuff..... and just let it all go.

You pubs certainly have a gang like mentalaity on this board whith all the pats on the backs and praises you throw at each other with any post that you remotely agree with but you know what they say: Birds of a feather flock together.

I've been tempted to post a few times but have fought hard not to relapse.

Liked I posted before, I read these boards everyday to keep up wih the going ons.

    Fight on Col Forbin!!!!!!!!!
