todays hereald leader said a louisville tv station reported preston knowels is being investigated for punching his girlfriends stepfather. anything to this report?

Watch some news, the pictures of the dad look kind of bad. There are two sets. One is of the dad soon after getting beat up, they show the cuts. The second set of pictures show the dad after he started to turn black and blue. They are not devestating, but, he will be hurting for a while. This has been reported by several stations and the last I heard is that the DA is looking into filing assault charges.

True? I don't know, butt so far, it does not look good for the Louisville kid.

The DA has not even looked at all the evidence yet and who knows what will happen. It doesn't look good for Preston at this point, but let it play out. Preston and the others were supposed to give statements to the Sherriffs office yesterday and then turn any evidence over to the D.A. The detective that is handling the case will do a good job. If there is a case to be made, then the D.A. will file charges, if not it will be dropped.

I don't know if it makes a hill of beans difference or not...but wasn't Preston on the step-fathers property when this confrontation occurred? I could be wrong in thinking this, I don't know. I would think if someone did that to me in my own front yard then they'd be in for a hurtin' themselves.
