    http://www.foxnews.com/world/2010/08...est=latestnews

Yes, my friends.......this CRAP makes me sick.

How about we bomb the crap out of them again......just for the heck of it.

I'm really beginning to HATE Obama and everything that dirty rotten SOB stands for.......and EVERY PINKO Liberal that is associated with him.

Yea, he's the president of the United States of Future Islamic Republics........but ****.

Well it doesn't say we are going to say we are sorry, but if anybody would say it, it would be the pansy we have in office right now. Did they say they were sorry for attacking Pearl Harbor??? Screw'em and feed'em fish heads.

Mess with the Best........Die like the rest.

If that Goober goes over there and says we are sorry I'll litterally puke!

You REALLY need to check into a reading comprehension class. Nowhere in that article does it mention the US making an apology (nor should they). In fact, in the very first sentence of the article, it says "Survivors of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki are welcoming a decision by the United States to send its first ever delegation to a ceremony marking the anniversary of the attacks, but are asking for something they aren't likely to get — an apology."

I never liked the idea of intentionally dropping bombs on innocent civilians (actually bothers me quite a bit) but it was war and as we know "war is hell". No apology necessary from the USA in my book we didn't attack, we counter attacked. I am a HUGE believer in if you hit first don't get upset when your taken out on a stretcher.

Japan was ruthless and desperate....Japan along with Germany against the world was a scary thought. Japan's greed for power and natural resources to feed their vision of expansion and of their failing economy was their driving force in attacking the USA.

My opinion on the bombings are a little biased as I have have heard first hand stories of the war on my Mothers side of the family...but I try and see both sides.

Lets see......we've NEVER been there....EVER. Now the most LIBERAL president we've ever had decides to send a delegation.

This from the same president who thinks we can talk ourselves out of being BOMBED by Iran when they get the bomb.

I mean really Andrew, does everything have to be black and white for you guys to see the writing on the wall.

Just like building a mosque at ground zero and then calling it the Cordoba House. Do you know that every time Muslims defeated Christians, they put a mosque up. Do you KNOW that Cordoba was conquered by the Muslims in the 8th century, or does that NOT even matter.

No Andrew, I prefer to read, view, and rationalize. What I'm seeing happen to this great country, our GREAT liberties, and our FUTURE scares the crap out of me.

Hopefully, just hopefully, in a few short months, we can stop this foolishness, and get back down to business for AMERICA.

Re: Guess WHAT.........we're going to apologize to Japan for the A-Bomb....

Again Geo, where in any of the story did it even suggest that the US was going to appologize for dropping the bombs? The story says just the opposite. It is your bias against anything anyone does who is not a conservative that makes you completely twist the actual story around. The US was invited to the event. We have been allies with Japan for many years since WWII. Why should we not try to put the past behind us?

If Obama were to do something as stupid as appologize for the bombs I'll join you and the rest of the gang in puking in his honor. Don sums up pretty well why there is no need for an appology.

If I am not mistaken, Bush also sent a deligation. He also summed up why there was no way in hell that there would be an appology. I agree with him.

Oh, and I relationalize quite well thankyou. Unlike you I actually need to see the hard data before developing an option.

Looks like I was mistaken about Bush sending a deligation. Got a few historical things mixed up. This is the Bush comment on an appology to Japan that I mentioned:

"No apology is required, and it will not be asked of this President, I can guarantee you," Mr. Bush said, adding that he felt strongly about the matter. "War is hell, and it's a terrible thing. But there should be no apology requested. And that, in my view, is rank revisionism."

    Rest at:

    I agree with him.

That my friend is the DIFFERENCE between a real leader and the guy at the helm today. While I didn't like a lot of what Bush did while in office, he stood his ground and did what the American people expected.

Had he stood his ground on NO TAXES, and kicked Saddams ASS regardless of what the UN said, Clinton and her husband would still be in Arkansas.

Obama, on the other hand is all about eliminating American Exceptionalism, which I think is a very SERIOUS mistake.

Make no bones about it......Obama is dead set on righting the "wrongs" that this GREAT NATION has committed.

Too bad for Mr Obama. I hope he can live with himself in 20 years. He will go down in history as the president that RUINED or nearly RUINED this great nation.

To be sure they are survivors, turn out the lights and see if they glow. If they are glowing survivors, and glow dimly, offer to "recharge them" for free.
