I would say a little of both right now. I think they are staying off the banks, in around 10ft of water or so....but when the water temps rise a few degrees, they are moving up into the flooded stuff. After this next week of 70+ degree day temps, and 50 degree night temps...they should be pushing shallow! Chartreuse spinner baits with big gold Colorados, jigs, and cranks should be the ticket then.
