As the ramp there is on a hillside I would think that you should still be able to launch your boat. Might be best though if you called them to check it out before going.

Has anybody been to Willisburg Lake lately? I’m thinking about going Thursday after work if the weather permits. I’m worried that it might be too high right now.

Drove by there this past Saturday; you should have no problem launching
Lake was darker than chocolate milk then. Hope this helps. Jason
Is that lake any good. How big of a boat can it take? I see it from the road before but never tried it. Thanks.
how big is the lake? I might go try some bass.
It's about the size of Beaver or a little smaller than Guist Creek. It's been a few years but we had a tourney there and while prefishing we were putting 13-16 lbs of bass in the boat and that's with 4 fish. I believe it took 13 lbs to win that one....wasn't us that won though.
It was just after the spawn and they were smashing topwater.
The upper end of the lake has always been awesome for us. Don't get me wrong it can be tough but that's were we usually catch our better fish.
At normal level you should have no problem putting in any bass boat
When water level starts to drop the ramp has a sharp drop.
Carter1, Do you have a telephone number for the dock/ramp @ Willisburg lake? I would appreciate it if you have one. I was thinking of going over Tues. / 24th
Thanks
