The Navy Seals didn't know if he might have had some button he could have pushed and blew up his entire Palace where he was hiding out at. So why take the chance and let him move to do such a thing if it existed, why take the chance.......Kill him on site and let allah sort out wheather he was armed or not.....

Also, Seals are clubbed by eskimos, a SEAL is a highly trained warrior. You shouldn't dishonor them by calling them polar bear fodder.
You are not going to hear anything from the SEALS one way or another. In this country the President is their commander and chief. If the President says the SEALS killed bin Ladden in action then the SEALS say they killed bin Ladden in action. The US military is not independant and serves under the direction and command of the President. This is just how it works like it or not.

So the Commander and Chief of the Navy SEALS has said that they killed bin Ladden in action and that is good enough for me.

Im not sure that i have ever heard the "COMMANDER IN CHIEF" or "CIC" say that SEALs were involved or kia obl. Maybe i'm missing something but i can't remember him saying it.

I'm not sure who this "Commander and Chief" is so he may have stated it.
