I was going on memory brother. I really thought they did and I remember wanting to join but we were in the nose bleeds and by the time I would get there they would be sweeping the floor so we just watched. Hell I'm getting old and all those years of drugs might be catching up with me????

I do remember watching one of the loudest games I have ever been to. I'm not a screamer or loud talker but about lost my voice just trying to talk to my girlfriend during the game.... It was great!! Even though the Gators lost it was fantastic!

Rupp can be a loud loud place for a big game....it's not as intimidating as somewhere like Assembly Hall or Cameron Indoor in my honest opinion, because of our inability to put the students in seats all around the court, or at least in BOTH end zones...

IU Basketball did nothing wrong except beat my beloved Cats. I never liked it when fans stormed the court for the shear fact that people can get hurt plus the losing team players, like UK, get targeted as they leave the court. Tensions are high enough to have fans mixed with players trying to leave the court. To the game, UK must be better than I thought if IU fans think they "are Back" after this win. If the 3 pointer at the end bricks and they lose, is IU back? If this game is played at Rupp or Neutral floor 10 times each UK wins all 20 of them. Play the game 10 times at IU and UK wins 8 or 9 of them. It took Teague being the best player on IU's team the first 20 mins, Davis foul trouble, Jones disappearing act, IU makes like 7 3's in a row and shoots 900% from deep and a 3 at the buzzer in their home rowdy arena to pull off a 1 point victory. No dis-respect but beat OSU, Michigan State and other top teams in the Big Ten, make the NCAA tourney and win a first round game before saying you are BACK. Great start no doubt, some good pieces in place with a very good class coming in next year but right now you are in the car and on the interstate doing about 70 towards BACK but not BACK just yet.

Hey I will even admit, that i would have been one of the fans to storm AH bb court at the end of that game against UK.............

I've watched the replay of that last shot at least 10 times and watched the entire game over again, trying to pick up more info on the game..... I believe that if Indiana had kept to their strategy and kept getting the ball inside to Zeller, they would have won by 10 or more...But they didn't stick to the plan and let UK get back into the game. Teague almost single handly won the game for UK...But lady luck was on our side on that big shot.....

Now according to Clyde in a previous post, it is fine to call people names as long as you do it properly. Just to prove that I am not talking out my azz and making stuff up or telling half truths (like you and Clyde do all the time), here is what he said:

I thought it was classless of Calipari to do the "why didn't you foul" gestures as he walked toward the IU bench after the game. That wasn't for anyone but the cameras, his way of telling the world his players screwed up, not him. I know it was a spur of the moment thing but it was a bad decision.

Don't see a problem with class there......if he would have gone and picked and slurped his friends nose boogers..well that would have shown no class.

I was there too..........I was a Music Performance major at Indiana and was a member of the marching band AND the pep band.......
