Post the entire gun quote if it makes you feel better. I've indicated on here plenty of times that I'm not a big Obama fan.
Concerning the debates and who won and lost. Romney did not lose, nor did Obama. We, the American people are the biggest losers in all of this. America faces a number of important issues right now from economic problems at home to foreign policy issues. Rather than address these issues and provide a plan for moving forward, both candidates are more interested in sound bites, scoring policial points, spinning positions, providing half-trues about what each other has said, etc. Neither candidate seems willing to lead and provide a logical path out of this mess. I think it would have been interesting in the debates to have included 3rd party candidates. Might have forced the two front runners to actually defend their positions fully and sparked some real dialog. Also a shame that the republicans could not find a better candidate than Romney. Obama is a weak president and not worthy of a second term. This election was the republicans to lose, and at times they have seemed hell bent on doing so. The only real difference between the two is that Romney is not Obama, and that is hardly something to run a campaine on (thats how we got Obama).
