I r confused. I understand closing bathrooms that need cleaning, but ramps don't need that. I agree and appreciate all closing notices, just don't see how that fixes a budget

Possibly just trying to get peoples attention.
Like closing the candy factory if you know what I mean.

What are the most visible things to close that will cause a public out cry...without endangering lives.

    Otherwise known as political pressure.

    LBL Facilities Closed

Like everything else connected with the Federal Government...the LBL facilities are closed. The Trace Road is open of course as is U.S. 68. Not sure about the ramps on the LBL...I did see boats launching at two of them while on the water this week so I suspect either they are open or the folks just took down the barricades if there were any.

What it tells me is that if they can't have resources dedicated to the enforcement of rules and generating funds then they restrict our use. We have paid our taxes, and bought permits to use the facility. We should take control of our country back from the crooks who have taken over.

If they don't sell any permits does that also mean there aren't any officers to write tickets?

Kendell campground behind the dam is closed. We had reservations this week. I would assume that the boatramp there is closed as well.
