According to the last KY Afield fishing report I watched, they are beginning to move that way. Unfortunately, those reports do not tell you how far they've gone, or where they're staging. If I were to go after them (in a boat) ... I'd start at Bryant's and troll blade baits, and maybe cast some Roadrunners along the shallow mud banks. On foot I would start at Rankins Bottom and go towards the bridge, or vice versa, depending on parking space. Limited parking spaces at either place would indicate they're moving through.
