It wasn't turning yet mid lake last wed. Water temps between 58-60. I doubt there will be any cooler water with the temps this week. I'll be down this weekend to try it out again. Had a pretty good day last week so hopefully we can again.

Thanks Rick. Jumping in the truck in about 30 minutes to head that way. Probably start in Sulfur and head to main lake the towards state dock area. Already loaded up with live bait.
Look for Glen or Jay, they can help you
I should be around the dock also

These past few days the bite has fantastic.
Had a great partner today, James, landed
at least 8 nice Small mouth, with one over.
We started about 8:30 by 11 it winded down.
Still throwing LB toward the channel, 25-30 ft range.
Waiting on the move in fish to find the bait.

the fly is dropping. I fished yesterday 11/30/17 from 7:30 till 10:30 caught 7 the biggest weighed 4.07lbs mainly on flats with some grass around the area. 10ft leader
Yea. Fly is dropping, but not all day.
I found fly fish on river flats where the river doesn't quite kiss the bluff walls, and those bluffs have shallower water ( 50 ft still).
Those fly fish came early and ended about 10-11 am.
Fished Friday, Sat Sun..........no overs, but 20 or so solid 3+ slot fish.
Also had a few on jigs and swimbaits........FUN.
