10 documnets vs hundreds.

Difference between a person in office with authorized access vs one out of office no longer with access rights.

Both indications of potential compromise of classified documents.

Both worthy of investigation for potential compromise.

In Bidens case, it looks like mishandled documnets. Biden was never directed to turn them in under the weight of law.

Trump also mishandled documnets, but he and his staff consistently failed to honor lawful directives to turn the documents back to govt control. Biden never refused, because in my mind Uncle Joe probabaly didn't even recall he had them.

Trump +/- unlawful intent.
Biden +/- unconscience intent.
