Tackle Boxes and Storage

Galyans has introduced 3 new tackle boxes to the market. The boxes come with preformed bait areas and hook channels made of foam. The Green Box is for Top Water Baits, the red box is for crankbaits and the blue box is for stickbaits. The boxes are thinner so you can fit more into a tackle organizer in the same area as other boxes.

Galyans and Shaw Grigsby have come up 4 new tackle storage and transport systems. One is the great looking travel bag (above) for the angler who likes to pack heavy and pack his breakdown poles with him. The bag comes with plenty of space for either tackle or for clothing and has 3 tubes to hold rods. The bag is on rollers and has a nifty handle for pulling it. The guys at Galyans wanted to see just how strong the bag was so they snagged a 145 pound clerk who sat in the bag and volunteered to be pulled around the store. Worked fine. The bag held up and the clerk came out uninjured. Obviously it will do the job!

Second bag is a Back Pack for the angler who wants to move around and take his tackle with him. It comes with 4 boxes in the bottom portion of the bag and room at the top to carry other necessary items like extra reels, clothes, etc. Has a nice carrying handle at the top.

There are 2 regular soft tackle boxes as well. One holds 8 boxes and has its own raincoat on the back. I will try to get pics of these in the near future.
