Buying New Boat Permit

Does anyone know if the courthouse in New Albany will be selling this new permit? I usually go there to buy my out-of-state fishing license in early March.

Also, can I assume that this new permit will replace the ramp launch fees on Patoka at ramps such as Painter, Walls, etc.? I am not concerned with the Newton Stewart ramps because I do not want to pay the out-of-state parking fee. Also, what should one do if the pay boxes with the launching stickers/forms that you fill out and put on your dash are still there?

I think if you are an out of state angler, your co-angler has to your attorney.

I bought my lade permit on line from DNR. $20 plus $4 for shipping. It's easy that way.....
