Hybrids/Striper Patterns on Ohio River

I fish the Ohio river and the great miami river, and was wundering if anyone had any tips for catching hybrids or striper during the winter months.

Warm water discharges are pretty reliable in the cold water months. Also, the channel ledges or holes near these discharges can hold fish. One thing about the discharges, you never know what you will catch. Everything that swims is drawn to them. Good luck and be careful.
